Or to get those courts dismantled entirely and just handle the entire thing under existing contract law. Some guy at The Spearhead is apparently spearheading (heh) the writing of a contract that would be significantly more man-friendly than the current default contract, and is assembling legal talent etc. to ensure that it can stick.
