Interesting Times?

It remains to be seen just how this affair is going to play out this summer.  Will the rules actually be enforced when it's not just the little guy who suffers?

What would you say the chances are of this being a scandal actually worthy of the name? Over 50%? Under?

I suspect that we'll see some serious lawsuits, mostly in European courts, over it. Probably see some multi-billion dollar (or Euro) fines also. But I doubt we'll see any real prosecution of the individuals involved.
